PROGRESS IN REPAIRING AN INSURED EVENT

1. Event notification

Report the incident to the insurance company online or by phone and you will be given a claim file number. If your car is no longer able to continue its journey, inform the insurance company to come and inspect it on site. Alternatively, contact us and we will arrange for your car to be transported to us.

2. Inspect

When you receive the damage number, come to us with your damaged car. Please have the following documents or copies of them: the registration certificate, the TA, the driving licence of the person who drove the car, the accident report or police certificate (if available). We will inspect the damage to the car, take photos and copies of the documents.

3. Repair

We determine the amount of the damage based on the actual repair costs necessary to restore the damaged property and/or the market value of the parts before the accident. Normally, the insurance company will use our repair estimate and pay for the repairs in full for all costs actually incurred, including VAT.

Why should I have my car repaired at ML Auto Aesthetics after a car accident?

While there are still some drivers who try to get their car fixed cheaply at a garage they know, we strongly advise against it for several reasons:
